We ship our products with the couriers Australia Post or Sendle, when purchasing your products in the shipping tab you can choose your preferred courier.

FOR STANDARD SHIPPING:

• Queensland (same state): 2–5 business days
• Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
• Rural areas: 7-14 business days

FOR EXPRESS POST:

• Queensland: 1-3 Business Days
• Interstate (metro to metro): 1-3 business days
• Rural areas: 3-6 business days (depending on location)

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on stocking the highest quality products and ensuring that our packaging is suitable to prevent any breakage. If in the unfortunate event of breakage while shipping, please contact our email hello@energybyjean.com.au within the first 42 hours of receiving your package so we are able to issue a refund or replace your items. Please note, our products can not be returned, they can however be exchanged (customer pays for shipping).
